Today I was thinking about a little fused glass mushroom I bought when I was a teenager from a store called The Human Touch in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It hung from my rear view mirror for several years. My parents hated anything hanging in a car so the perfect tiny rebellion as a teen I guess. It got lost in a move and now I am all grown up. NOT! So I still have a little something pretty hanging on my mirror. :) Hope you all are having a great weekend. :) Nan

I'm so glad you stopped by and left a message. I was thrilled with your blog and have been reading backwards for quite some time, now. I love your Summer of Colors series and your Life is a Verb series. You are really inspiring. You make awesome art that I can appreciate.
I was totally impressed with your thrift store finds. At my thrift store, each book would cost $4.50 if it was old. Only newer books (from the 90s forward are offered at a dollar each, and that is rather pricy. Thanks again for stopping by. I really love your art and your blog.
Cute little shroom, I like the idea of doing an index card a day, if I could only get my studio cleaned up!
LOL
I used to have a crystal in my rear view mirror till someone with sticky fingers got a hold of it.
The mushroom sounded cute!

Love the all grown up - NOT! We still are playing and as long as we do that, we are young at heart! Just hide those mirrors! Love your mushroom and fun colors! Have a great evening!
